Requirements
- ATT, CTA, or ACA qualified (or equivalent).
- Proven experience managing UK personal tax clients within an accountancy or advisory practice.
- Strong technical knowledge of private client tax issues.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, client focused mindset.
- Ability to mentor and support less experienced team members.
- Commercial awareness with an interest in developing client relationships.
