About the Role

We are looking for a qualified and driven Audit Senior Associate to join a dynamic audit and advisory team in London. You will play a key role in delivering high quality audit, accounting, and advisory services to a broad range of clients across multiple industries. Responsibilities

  • Manage and drive forward the audit and accounting process, liaising directly with senior individuals within client finance teams.
  • Take ownership of all aspects of the audit process including planning, fieldwork, and completion, working closely with managers and partners.
  • Oversee a small portfolio of clients, gaining valuable experience in client management and commercial decision-making.
  • Identify, research, and assist in resolving complex audit and accounting issues.
  • Support the overall direction and running of the audit team, contributing to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to junior team members.

 

Requirements

  • ACA or ACCA qualified, or equivalent, with strong exam results.
  • Proven experience in an audit and accounts practice environment.
  • Experience managing, training, and mentoring junior staff.
  • Strong technical knowledge of current accounting and auditing standards.
  • Passion for delivering quality work and ensuring excellent client service.
  • Highly organised and commercially minded, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Professional, flexible, and confident in dealing with both partners and clients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cooperatively and motivate others to succeed.
